Bring your project management expertise into the dynamic world of video post-production. No prior experience in the industry? No problem—we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the smooth execution of visual effects and post-production projects, from client brief to final delivery.
  • Analyze client needs (primarily from international markets) and find the best ways to meet them.
  • Develop and implement project plans in collaboration with clients and both internal and external teams.
  • Handle arising questions and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure that the final project meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Scout the market for new talent and collaboration opportunities.
  • Drive continuous process improvements that foster efficient collaboration with clients and the team.

What we expect

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a thorough, diligent work ethic.
  • Initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Experience in production companies or advertising agencies is a plus but not required.
